Course Description: This course consists of a survey of President Trump’s energy agenda as developed from his campaign through the second year of his presidency, and an analysis of the litigation, regulatory, and practical considerations that have emerged as a result. Specific topics include: mineral leasing and drilling initiatives, including BLM leasing changes and fracing rule revisions; and steel and aluminum tariffs, including legal challenges raised domestically in U.S. courts and around the world in international tribunals.
