Course Description: This course generally covers access agreements for environmental investigations and an overview for understanding environmental indemnities. More specifically, the course includes: a summary of environmental risks; key access agreement provisions, with discussions concerning each of those provisions; and environmental indemnity agreements, with discussions concerning the purpose for the agreements, the types of claims covered by the agreement, key indemnity provisions, and statutory limitations on indemnity provisions in Texas.
